Do What You Say: Your word is your currency.

There are those that make lots of promises. As casual as; “Hey, let’s meet up next week for lunch” to more formal promises such as; “Let’s start working out tomorrow.” It doesn’t matter if these are words you spit out when intoxicated or feeling good about life – you need to follow through, or don’t say them. Your words are how others evaluate you and how you evaluate yourself. If you treat your words like penny stocks that carry no weight that’s how your words will be valued. Say what you’ll do then DO what you say.
